Seal coating restores the rich black color to aging asphalt and protects it from oil, water, and UV damage. This water-based emulsion is applied by hand and machine, and typically cures in 24 hours. We’ll work with you to plan and communicate the project, providing maps, notices, and barricades during curing. Seal coating helps fill some small cracks but is not intended to fix large gaps, including between asphalt and concrete curbing. For more specific needs, please let us know. We also treat oil stains with Petro-Seal to improve adhesion.
